We’ve been asked why we don’t put pictures of ourselves on any of our posts. In truth we never have time to make ourselves look presentable, as the photo of myself taken in wellies today proves.

The opening photo was taken when we collected an award at the Town Hall for winning another league title with the fabulous Poole Pirates Speedway. Many of you will know this is the club we have ran and owned for over 20 years. I still have great passion for the club and hope 2021 is kinder to the sport and we can all be up and running.

My phone is full of pictures of bedrooms, before and after shots of work completed at Chateau La Briance but next to nothing of us! Something I must improve in the New Year.

We’ve been lucky to pick up guests travelling either South en route from Paris or vice versa. It’s kept us nicely busy for a week or two.
