Getting Here

By Car

We are on the A20 motorway, junction 38. Don’t be tempted to exit at junction 39 signposted Saint Hilaire Bonneval (our village) as the road from junction 38 is much easier. If you’re travelling from the Limoges direction, turn right at the T-junction; if you’re arriving from the Bordeaux/Brive direction, turn left at the T-junction. Follow this road until you come to another T-junction where you will turn left. The chateau is on the right-hand side about half a mile down the road. 

By Air

Many airports have direct flights to Limoges, including Stansted, Manchester, Liverpool, East Midlands, Belfast, Dublin, Leeds, Bristol.

Brive airport is just 45 minutes away from Chateau la Briance and Bergerac and Poitiers airports are 2 hours away. Bordeaux is around a 3 hour drive. 

By Rail

The closest train station to Chateau la Briance is Pierre Buffiere which is just 4 miles away. The direct routes from Paris and other major hubs stop at Limoges City Centre, which is only a 20-minute drive from the chateau.
