Chateau la Briance Cancellation Policy
Amendments or cancellation by Chateau la Briance
Due to circumstances beyond Chateau la Briance‘s control, it may be necessary to make alterations to a confirmed booking or to cancel the booking altogether. Whilst Chateau la Briance will make every effort to ensure this does not happen, sometimes it is unavoidable, and we will contact the group leader as soon as possible.
Where your holiday is altered or cancelled by Chateau la Briance , you will be offered the choice of purchasing an alternative holiday date (if the holiday date is less expensive than the original, we will refund the difference, if it is more expensive, you will pay the difference), or receiving a full refund of all monies you have paid to us. Chateau la Briance reserves the right to cancel your booking in the case of non-payment or late payment of the balance by the due date with no refund.
We cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented by or affected by events amounting to Force Majeure – meaning acts of war or threat of war, political unrest, terrorist activities, adverse weather conditions, volcanic ash clouds, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, riots, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural or technical disasters, nuclear war and or similar events out of our control.
